Lasetia is growing! Everything important here!

From January 1, 2024, the Ministry of Immigration and Colonization has been working on territories that could be integrated into our Free State. This project fits into the CRP's goals for the new legislative period. Specifically: the goal of expansion. More space and influence. The territories are part of the so-called “Territorial Colonization Selection Report”.

There are a total of three territories to choose from. They are then rated on a five-point scale based on the following criteria:

  1. Benefit (1: hardly any benefit; 5: great benefit)

  2. Distance (1: neither in GE nor SK: 5: Less than 10 km from the capital)

  3. Legitimacy (1: inner city area; 5: no man's land)

  4. Population (1: inner city/village; 5: Forest)

  5. Effort (1: Highest (financial) effort; 5: no effort)

  6. Access (1: very bad e.g.: island; 5: road connection)

The points are then added together and then divided by the number of criteria (6).

Final decisions are not yet known. However, further review procedures have been initiated.

An introduction to the individual territories follows.

Territory No. 1

The number one territory covers 11,670.87m2 and has scored 3.6 points on the point scale. It is located on Wertherstrasse and runs along the Johannisbach. The BI-Großdornberg, Twellbachtal bus stop is also in the immediate vicinity.

As you can see in the picture, it is field and meadowland.

Territory No. 2

This territory is also located on the Johannisbach and covers 2,283.90 m2. On the points scale it received 3.8 points. It has no direct road connection, but is only a short walk from the Lohmannshof train station. The area consists largely of forest area. Partly from meadows and fields, but only to a small extent.

Territory No. 3

The last territory, as you can see in the picture, is on the Deppendorfer Wiesen. 4.5 points were distributed here on the point scale. This earned the most points, making it the ministry's most likely choice. There is also a road connection and a nearby bus stop.
