A rapid development took place in the meeting of the national council on 12.01.2024. Judge Kazuko has been deducted from the Case23002b. This court hearing was a revision hearing against Jan K., the leader of the socialist party LRS. He was accused of spreading misinformation.
The hearing is important to the high-ups in the LRS because it's directed at their leader. Judge Kazuko seemed uninterested in a solution. The last thing she said about this case was, that she needed to think about if she accepted the revision letter by Jan K., the defendant. After 16 days and numerous attempts by the defendant, she did not respond. After that, the LRS suggested the deduction of her as the negotiating judge.
The deduction was announced on 12.01.2024 at around 22:40. The judge hasn't made any statement to the public about her removal. The replacement hasn't been announced yet either. The hearing is standing still again. The defendant made this exclusive statement for the Lasetien Times: "In my opinion, I should have already won Case23002b. I can not explain to myself, why the Judge did not continue the Case. One of my Assumptions is, that the very powerful plaintiff, the President, may have threatened the judge to stop working on the case. But it very well could also have been other reasons, which I do not know. I hope, that there will be a new Judge who will look over the Case and the provided evidence and continue the Case. I also hope that some Judge from outside of Lasetia will take this case because I have seen in the Past that the only possible judge to take over the case, Gouverneur von Victory, was not neutral and did not conduct the process well. I hope that this case will be taken care of and that finally there will be some justice for the Victims of the will of the Judge of Case 23002."
This shows once again what influence this process had and still has on the political relevance and motivation of the LRS.
The president denied whether the allegations of bribery of the judge were true. He emphasizes to the Lasetien Times that he has also pointed out to Judge Kazuko several times that she must complete the trial. According to him, the silence surrounding the trial is due to the judge's inactivity.
We at Lasetien Times will of course keep you up to date on this matter.
